    With more than 35 years of leadership across the construction industry, we bring a uniquely comprehensive perspective that spans the entire project lifecycle - from conceptual design and pre-construction planning to owner representation and full-scale construction execution. Our extensive experience allows us to anticipate challenges, foster collaboration among project stakeholders, and deliver high-quality commercial and residential projects on time and within budget.


    Our foundation in design began with hands-on drafting and architectural planning, evolving into senior design leadership roles specializing in custom residential and commercial projects. We have developed complete construction documents, coordinated with structural and MEP engineers, performed quality assurance reviews, and produced preliminary through final food-service construction documents for restaurants, healthcare facilities, and hospitality projects. Our experience also extends to education, where we developed drafting curricula and prepared future professionals for careers in architecture and engineering.


    As trusted owner's representatives, we advocate for our clients' best interests throughout every phase of the project. Our services include preliminary design, procurement of architectural, civil, environmental, and geotechnical consultants, comprehensive plan reviews, contractor selection, and oversight of construction activities. We manage pay applications, change orders, RFIs, site meetings, and progress reporting while ensuring projects remain aligned with owner objectives, brand standards, budgets, and schedules.


    Our construction management expertise includes leading ground-up developments and major renovations across a variety of commercial sectors. We oversee estimating, budgeting, subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, project scheduling, and construction administration from pre-construction through project closeout.
